Custom Trophies and Awards for Sports Events

Offer your runners, volunteers, and partners a reward that truly tells the story of your event: a custom 3D topographical relief map of your official course, made in France, customizable piece by piece — with names, times, or rankings engraved into the oak base.

Turn your course into a reward your participants will truly want to keep.

The problem

A medal ends up in a drawer. A T-shirt ends up at the back of a closet. The relief map of the course they just completed, however, sits on a shelf — and tells the story of your event to everyone who enters the room.

Who it's for

  • Organizers of trail runs, road races, cycling races, and triathlons

  • Sale of personalized souvenirs — additional revenue for the event
  • Limited editions — vintage, event anniversary, exceptional course

How we work

1. You send us the course

We prepare the official relief map of your event before the event itself. This modeling work is done only once.

2. We mass produce

Since the model is common to all participants, production can be organized in series. This allows for adapting the price compared to an individual order.

3. We personalize for each participant

Name, time, ranking, or category can be engraved, depending on what we define together.

Presence at your event

We can also explore an on-site presence. The principle: the official course is prepared beforehand, several relief maps are printed before the race, and participants discover the product at a stand.

They choose their format and personalization; their name, time, or ranking can be engraved on-site, and they leave with their souvenir or receive it after the event.

For you, it's an original activity, a premium souvenir to offer, additional visibility for the event, and an interesting product for your partners.

Quotation

Each organizer project is studied by quotation. The proposal depends on several elements:

  • Quantity
  • Format
  • Event date and available lead time
  • Level of personalization
  • Type of base
  • Engraving
  • Packaging
  • Delivery
  • Potential presence of Epic Trace at the event

The price can be adjusted in this context, as the relief is identical for several participants and the model is prepared only once. This adjustment is calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Let's talk about your event

Please notify us as early as possible: the closer the date, the more limited the achievable quantity. Describe your project to us, and we will get back to you with a proposal.

Trophies to keep

Category winners and podium finishers will receive a trophy crafted from the actual race course, engraved with their name or ranking — a display piece, not a dust-collecting cup.

The journey becomes the trophy.

Finisher Series and Limited Editions

A series of the same model, customized per participant if you wish: time, name, or bib number engraved piece by piece. The common model makes the series price suitable.

A racing souvenir, not a gadget.

Volunteers and partners

Thank those who take the test.

Volunteers, partners, VIPs, elected officials: a custom-designed item reflecting your journey speaks louder than words about what their commitment has made possible.

The most beautiful thank you encompasses your journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

What the organizers are asking of us

A more specific question? Describe your problem, we will respond within 1 to 2 business days.

Can each item be personalized with the participant's name?

Yes. The relief is common to the series, and the base is engraved piece by piece: name, time, ranking or bib number. This is what transforms an award into a personal keepsake.

When should we launch the project?

As soon as possible. The design of the model requires back-and-forth communication with you, and then each piece is manufactured on demand: the closer your event date, the more limited the quantity that can be produced.

How are prices set?

Upon quotation, based on format, quantity, engraving, and timeline. Describe your event in the quote request form: we will get back to you quickly with a proposal.

Can we use the official route for our event?

Yes, that is the principle: send us the official GPX track, we design the course relief with you, and you approve the model before any production.

Let's talk about your ordeal.

A route, a budget, a date: that's all it takes to start the conversation.
