How does it work
You create your relief yourself, visualize it in 3D, then validate what we will produce. Nothing is launched before your approval.
1. Choose your location or your track
Two ways to start, depending on what you want to bring to life.
- You have one or more routes: import up to three GPX tracks. Each can have its own color on the relief.
- You want to represent a place: simply search for it on the map. A mountain, a massif, a summit, a valley, a city, a vacation spot, or a childhood place.
The GPX track is not mandatory. Add your GPX track, or simply choose the place you want to bring to life.
2. Adjust your framing
You choose the area to be represented and adjust the framing. This setting determines what is seen on the final piece: the summit alone, the entire valley, or the full track of a race.
Take your time with this step: it gives your relief its character.
3. Visualize and validate in 3D
You generate your relief and visualize it in 3D. You check the appearance and framing, rotate the piece, and adjust if necessary.
Once you are satisfied with the result, you save your project and get your Epic Trace code.
4. Order with your code
On the product page, you choose your format, optionally add an engraving, and enter your Epic Trace code. This code tells us which relief to produce.
Before paying, you confirm the framing and appearance of your relief.
5. We manufacture your piece
We prepare the relief and tracks, print, engrave if you chose it, assemble it on the oak base, and inspect the piece before preparing it for shipment.
Shipping within 7 to 15 business days after validation of your project and payment of the order. This period does not include transit time.
Good to know
Your creation is manufactured based on the configuration you validate. The physical appearance and colors may slightly differ from the preview displayed on the screen.
The relief is created from topographic data and designed to highlight the terrain's forms. Vertical exaggeration may be used to make it more readable and aesthetically pleasing. It is a decorative topographic representation, not a navigation tool or an exhaustive scientific model.
A modification of your project may be possible as long as manufacturing has not started. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
