“Guess the Neckline” Game Rules

These rules apply to the "Guess the Pass" competition organized on the Instagram account @epic.trace.3d. Participation in the competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

1. Organizer

The competition is organized by Epic Trace, whose identity and contact details are provided on the Legal Notice page, hereinafter referred to as "the organizer". Contact: contact@epic-trace.fr.

2. Duration

The competition runs from 31/10/2026 at 11:00 p.m. to 14/11/2026 at 11:59 p.m., Paris time. The prize draw will take place on 15/11/2026.

3. Competition format

For five days, the organizer will post a Reel each day showing an Epic Trace relief featuring the route of a legendary mountain pass, without indicating its location. Participants must identify all five passes. All answers must be submitted at once in the comments section of the "Pass No. 5" Reel.

4. Terms and conditions

The competition is free and does not require any purchase. It is open to any adult individual residing in an European Union country who has a public or private Instagram account, excluding anyone involved in organizing the competition and their family members.

To enter, you must:

1. follow the @epic.trace.3d Instagram account;
2. post your five answers, numbered 1 to 5, in the comments section of the "Pass No. 5" Reel before the competition closes.

Only one entry per person and Instagram account is permitted. If multiple comments are posted, only the first one will be considered. Comments that are edited, deleted, or posted after the competition closes will not be considered.

Sharing one of the competition Reels in an Instagram story, with a mention of the @epic.trace.3d account, entitles you to an additional entry in the prize draw. This share is optional.

5. Selection of winners

At the close of the competition, the organizer will compile a list of comments containing all five correct answers in the required order. From these comments, a prize draw will select:

• one winner of the main prize;
• ten winners of a discount code.

A person can only win one prize. Winners will be announced in an Instagram story on the @epic.trace.3d account and contacted via Instagram direct message. A winner who does not respond within 7 days of receiving this message will forfeit their prize, which will then be subject to a new prize draw.

If no comment contains all five correct answers, the prize draw will be held among the comments containing the highest number of correct answers.

6. Prizes

Main prize: one Epic Trace M-format product (3D printed topographic relief, 15 × 15 cm, on a wooden base), worth €79.90, with the route, framing, colors, and engraving chosen by the winner on epic-trace.fr. Paid options in the shop, excluding engraving, are not included. Shipping costs to an address within the competition area will be covered by the organizer.

Secondary prizes: ten 15% discount codes valid for one order on epic-trace.fr for 3 months from the date they are sent, which can be combined with any current promotional offer. Each code can be used only once.

Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or replaced with their cash value. The organizer reserves the right to replace a prize with one of equivalent value if it is unavailable.

7. Personal data

Participants' Instagram usernames are used solely for managing the competition. Winners will provide their name, postal address, and email address via direct message solely for the purpose of delivering the prizes. This data will be deleted no later than three months after the prizes have been delivered. Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by emailing contact@epic-trace.fr. 8. Instagram

This competition is not organized, managed, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Any information provided by participants is provided to the organizer and not to Instagram. Participants release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to the competition.

9. Liability and competition amendments

The organizer cannot be held responsible for any Instagram malfunction, connection problem, or any circumstance beyond its control that prevents participation or the announcement of results. The organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, amend, or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure, without incurring any liability. Any fraudulent participation, including through multiple or automated accounts, will result in the participant's disqualification.

These rules can be viewed on this page throughout the competition. Any questions about the competition can be sent to contact@epic-trace.fr. The competition is subject to French law.
